Article 7 as it stands would enable China to appoint Consular Officer at Delhi/Simla. I suggest that this difficulty could be disposed of by Chinose undertaking in lotter or minuto attached to Treaty not to claim by virtue of Article 7 right to station Consul Officer at Hoadquarters of the Government of India in consideration of the fact that they already have Commissioner thoro.
